Figure Drawing
I have loved drawing since I was very young, but in college I was truly able to build upon that love. I learned the foundations of traditional studio art to transform my page into an interpretation of what is around me.
I worked in charcoal and soft pastels across multiple semester classes, extra weekly drawing sessions to further improve and finally took an independent study my last semester to focus even more time on figure drawing.
Today, I pull from these foundational skills of contrast, color theory, and structure to design. Drawing is my first love.
